Editing is a natural fit for Rafi. Not only does his attention to detail, technical savvy, and previous experience as a writer and visual artist weave itself seamlessly into the editing room, but his former career in social services is the secret weapon that guides the way he balances lofty artistic goals with the needs of the client, director, and producer. He is particularly drawn to this team dynamic in filmmaking, and relishes being a positive creative force, not only on the post-production side of a project, but in the planning and shooting stages as well.

Recent career highlights include watching Usain Bolt win the Gold in the 100m and then seeing a Bolt video he cut for Puma get over 100,000 hits in one hour...hearing Hugh Jackman riff off of a line he had written for his voice-over and turn into something better than he could have imagined...cutting his first feature length documentary.
